I HEREBY notify that the Run described below has been claimed by
JOHANN LUDOLP SUBRITZKY.
Situation.--Muriwhenua, North Cape.
Boundaries.--On the North by the Boundary of the Block, on the East by the sea, Native Land and the Hohoro Harbour, on the South by a line from the mouth of Whinumuka Stream, running South West, and on the West by the sea.
Estimated Extent.--Forty thousand (40,020) acres.
Number and Description of Stock left on the Run.--To commence with, 1000 sheep, 20 head horned cattle, and 5 horses.

IMPOUNDED at the Public Pound, New market, by Charles Knox, for trespassing in his grass paddock at the Tamaki.
One dark Chesnut Mare, white face and white feet, branded S B (M under) on the left shoulder.
No damage claimed; owner unknown.
If not claimed within eleven days after the date of this notice, application will be made to a Justice of the Peace for an order for the sale of the above mentioned Mare, agreeably to the provisions of the “Impounding Act, 1856.”
