PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

Under and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf I hereby notify for public information that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written, will be offered for sale at the Office of the Deputy Waste Land Commissioner, at Mongonui, on the twelfth day of March, 1860, as General Country Land.

Given under my hand, at Auckland, in the said Province, the first day of February, One thousand eight hundred and sixty.

STONE CULVERTS, WELLINGTON STREET.

Superintendent's Office,
Auckland, Feb. 1st, 1860.

TENDERS will be received at the Roads Office, until noon of Wednesday, the 15th instant, for building two Stone Culverts in Wellington-street.

Plan and specification may be seen on application at the Roads Office.
Tenders to be endorsed "Tender for Culverts."

at the Public Pound, Newmarket, by Wm. Tapp for F. Tapp, for trespassing in his clover paddock at Onehunga:

One yellow and white poley Cow, top off left ear, branded MW on the rump. No damages claimed. Owner unknown.

If not claimed within eleven days after the date of this notice, application will be made to a Justice of the Peace for an order for the sale of the above-mentioned Cow, agreeably to the provisions of the "Impounding Act, 1856."
