PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By John Williamson, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf by the "Auckland Reserves Act, 1858," I hereby notify for public information that all those pieces or parcels of Land, enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written, will be offered for Lease by Public Auction, under the said Act, at the Waste Lands Office, at Auckland, on MONDAY, the 29th day of October next, commencing at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon.
