PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, September 14, 1860.

I HEREBY notify for general information, that in accordance with the powers vested in the Superintendent by the "Auckland Waste Land Act, 1858," the land hereinafter described has been reserved and set apart as a Place for the Interment of the Dead.

All that allotment of land, being No. 54 of Section No. 12, of the Suburbs of Auckland, bounded on the north-east by lot No. 11 1055 links, on the south-east by a road 1465 links, on the south-west by a road 1170 links, and on the north-west by Lot No. 12, 1455 links.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint

Joseph Graham,
to be Pilot for the Harbour of Raglan.

This appointment bears date from the 20th June, 1860.
