THE Waste Lands Office has been removed from the Assembly Buildings to the house in Princes-street, adjoining the Masonic Hotel.

IMPOUNDED at the Public Pound, Otahuhu, by Mr. John Grigg, for trespass in an enclosed Paddock at Otahuhu—

1 Bay draught Horse, white face, light points, marks under saddle; no visible brand.
No damages claimed. Owner unknown.
If not claimed within eleven days after the date of this notice, application will be made to a Justice of the Peace for an order for the sale of the above mentioned Horse, agreeably to the provisions of the “Impounding Act, 1856.”
