Ilumata, and Mangarei, shall form a District within the provisions of the said Ordinance, to be called the Mangaric District, and that the period within which all claims to the right of voting at the Election of the first and every succeeding Board of Commissioners for such District shall be made, shall be between the twentieth day of April and the twentieth day of May in each and every year.

Given under my hand at Auckland, this fifth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-nine.

Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

Under and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf by the “Auckland Waste Land Act, 1858,” I hereby notify for public information that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written, will be open for sale on and after the 20th day of April, 1859, as “General Country Lands,” under the “Auckland Waste Land Act, 1858.”
