IMPOUNDED at the Public Pound, Newmarket, by T. Paton, for trespassing on his grass paddock at Eden Grove,

1 Red Bull, dark neck, snail horns, white spot on face, no brand.

Damages, none, owner unknown.

If not claimed within eleven days after the date of this notice, application will be made to a Justice of the Peace for an order for the sale of the above mentioned Bull, agreeable to the provisions of the “Impounding Act, 1856.”
