If not claimed within eleven days after the date of this notice, application will be made to a Justice of the Peace for an order for the sale of the above mentioned Steer, agreeably to the provisions of the "Impounding Act, 1856."

IMPOUNDED at the Public Pound, Otahuhu, by Richard McGee, for trespass in an enclosed paddock, at Pukaki:

  • 1 light roan or grey Filly, white star in forehead, white near hind foot. No visible brand.
  • 1 brown Filly, white star in forehead, white near hind foot, light brown muzzle, no visible brand.

Damages 5s. each. Owner unknown.

If not claimed within eleven days after the date of this notice, application will be made to a Justice of the Peace for an order for the sale of the above-mentioned Horses, agreeably to the provisions of the "Impounding Act, 1856."

Also,

Impounded by William Dixon, for trespass in an enclosed paddock, at Otahuhu,

  • 1 white Bull, black muzzle, open horns, 18 months old. No visible brand.

Damages 5s. Owner unknown.

If not claimed within eleven days after the date of this notice, application will be made to a Justice of the Peace for an order for the sale of the above-mentioned Bull, agreeably to the provisions of the "Impounding Act, 1856."

IMPOUNDED at the public pound, Newmarket, by Laurie and Brothers, for trespassing on their grass paddock, at Auckland:

  • One Red Cow, branded BM on the rump, with a leather strap and bell round the neck.

No damages claimed. Owner unknown.

If not claimed within eleven days after the date of this notice, application will be made to a Justice of the Peace for an order for the sale of the above mentioned Cow, agreeably to the provisions of the "Impounding Act, 1856."
