THE following Tenders have been received and are published for general information.


The performance of the Works required upon the line of Road from Mangawa to Kaiwaka
in the Wangarei District.—(Tenders received April 4, 1859.)

Names. Cutting, removing and clearing road, at per chain. Ditching, at per chain. Wheeling clay, spreading and fascining, per chain. Ditto ditto, two layers per chain. Hakuha Bridge, at per foot lineal. Bridges of less span, at per foot lineal. Cuttings and embankments, at per cubic yard.
