THE following Tenders have been received,
and are published for general information.

Supply of Scoria Ash to portions of the
Great South Road, between the Harp Inn
and Mr. Walters' Gate, Papakura; also,
stones for the repairs of Causeways and
Bridges between the Harp Inn and the
Tamaki Bridge.
[Tenders received 1st March, 1858.]
Accepted Tender.
Wm. Absolom, 2s. 9d. per cubic yard for
Scoria Ash.
Ditto, 1s. 11 1/2d. per cubic yard for stones.
Non-accepted Tender.
Wm. Lorrigan, 2s. 10d. per cubic yard for
Scoria Ash.
Ditto, 2s. 10d. per cubic yard for stones.

I HEREBY notify, for the information of
all persons concerned, that, in conformity
with the provisions of the Crown Lands Ordi-
nances (No. 1, Session 10, and No. 10,
Session 11,) I have convened meetings of the
Holders of Depasturing Licenses in the several
undermentioned Hundreds, and that the per-
sons whose names are subjoined have been
duly elected by such holders to be Wardens,
under the said Ordinances, for the current
year, as follows:β
For the Hundred of Auckland.
Messrs. T. MAY, BARRIBAL and MEARS.
For the Hundred of Onehunga.
Messrs. H. LAVERY, H. BRIERLY, and J.
MCARTON.
For the Hundred of Panmure.
Messrs. B. CONDEN, T. CORRIGAN, and E.
MCDANIEL.

N O T I C E.
PERSONS allowing Cattle to trespass upon
Crown Land, are reminded that, by the
43rd clause of Crown Lands Ordinance, Sess.
10, No. 1, the Commissioner of Crown Lands
can cause the Cattle so trespassing to be im-
pounded, to be dealt with according to law.
