PANMURE FERRY.

Superintendent's Office,
Auckland, February 18th, 1858.

TENDERS will be received at this office until noon of Saturday, the 28th instant, for the working of the Punt at the Panmure Ferry, until the 31st December next.
Information can be obtained at the Road Surveyor's office.
Tenders to be endorsed "Tenders for working Punt."
Forms of Tenders will be furnished, and no Tender will be received unless upon such form.

IMPOUNDED at the Public Pound, Newmarket, by F. Martin, for trespass and damages on his enclosed Potato field at Onehunga,
One Red and White Cow, no brand.
If not claimed within eleven days after the date of this notice, application will be made to a Justice of the Peace for an order for the sale of the above-mentioned Cow, agreeably to the provisions of the Impounding Act, 1856.
