NOTICE

for the performance of certain Works on the
road leading from the landing place at Pura
Pura to Waiuku Village.

Information as to the Works to be performed can be obtained at the Roads Office.

HOBSON’S BAY.

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, November 20th, 1858.

TENDERS will be received at this Office
until noon of Monday, the 29th instant,
for making the approaches to two Bridges in
Hobson’s Bay.

Specification can be seen on application at
the Roads Office, where printed forms on which
tenders are required to be sent in, may be obtained.

Tenders to be sealed and endorsed, “Tender
for making approaches to Bridges in Hobson’s Bay.”

CITY WATER WORKS.

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, November 2nd, 1858.

TENDERS will be received at this Office
until noon of Wednesday, 8th December
next, for the construction of certain Works in
the Government Domain, and for laying down
Pipes for supplying a part of the City of
Auckland with water.

Plans and specifications of the work to be
done can be seen on application at this Office.

of December next, at 12 o’clock, noon, for the
purpose of receiving applications for the Transfer
of Publicans’ Licenses.

of Publicans’ Licenses.

by George Sellers, for running at
large in Queen-street,

1 red and white Steer, 2 years old, branded
H on each rump.

2 red and white Heifers, branded H on
off rump, and blotched brand on near rump.

No damages claimed. Owner unknown.

If not claimed within 11 days from
this date, an application will be made to
a Justice of the Peace for an order for the
sale of the above Cattle, agreeably to the
provisions of the “Impounding Ordinance,
1856.”

market, by Job Caldicott, for trespass
and damages on his enclosed paddock at Ma-
nuka Grove,

1 white Bull, about 18 months old, no brand,
