WAIUKU ROAD.

Auckland, 20th October, 1858.
NO eligible Tender having been received for the erection of a Bridge over the Waitangi River, Waiuku Road, Tenders will be received at this Office on or before Monday, the 1st proximo, for the erection of the same.
Plan and Specification can be seen on application at the Roads Office, where printed forms, on which tenders are required to be sent in, may be obtained.
Tenders to be sealed and endorsed, "Tender for Waitangi Bridge."

IMPOUNDED at the Public Pound, Otahuhu, by Mr. Richard McGee, for trespass in an enclosed crop of potatoes at Pukaki,
One chesnut gelding, white face, and near hind foot, no brand.
Owner unknown. Damages, 15s.
Impounded by Mr. R. A. Wright, for trespass in a growing crop of potatoes, East Tamaki,
One roan steer, red neck, white face, snail horn, branded ILL (conjoined) off rump.
Owner unknown.
If not claimed within eleven days after the date of this notice, application will be made to a Justice of the Peace for an order for the sale of the above mentioned gelding and steer, agreeably to the provisions of the "Impounding Act, 1856."

One white Heifer, yellow ears, strawberry neck, hoop horns, 2 years old, illegible brand off rump. Owner unknown.
Damages 15s.
Impounded by H. Mitchell for Trespass in an enclosed Paddock, at Otahuhu,
One yellow and white Poley Steer, 2 yrs. old, brand like J C off rump. Owner unknown. Damages 5s.
If not claimed within eleven days after the date of this notice, application will be made to a Justice of the Peace for an order for the sale of the above-mentioned Cattle, agreeably to the provisions of the "Impounding Act, 1856."
