IMPOUNDED

at the Public Pound, Newmarket, by C. Knox, for trespass and damages, on his enclosed grass paddocks at the Tamaki.

One Grey Horse, branded ... near shoulder.
One Brown Horse, black points, star on face, white spot under saddle, no brand.

Damages 5s. each, owner unknown.

If not claimed within 11 days after the date of this notice, application will be made to a Justice of the Peace for an order for their sale, agreeable to the provisions of the Impounding Act, 1856.
