PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Auckland, June 3rd, 1858.

I HEREBY notify that at the Mechanics’ Institute, on Monday, the 5th July next, and immediately after the disposal of the City Endowments, permission to occupy the undermentioned allotments having a frontage to the Queen-street Wharf, will be offered.

Plan of the allotments and particulars of the conditions may be seen at this Office after the 12th instant.

NO eligible Tender having been received for the erection and construction of two Iron Beacons off the Western Head of the Tamaki, Tenders are again invited, and will be received at this office until noon of Thursday, 24th instant, for the construction and erection of the same.

Separate Tenders for the construction and for the erection may be sent in.

For plan, specification, and other information, application to be made to the Harbour Master.

Tenders to be sealed, and endorsed "Tender for Beacons Tamaki Head."

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf by the "Auckland Reserves Act, 1858," I HEREBY NOTIFY for public information that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written will on Monday, the 5th July next, at 11 A.M. at the Mechanics’ Institute, be offered by the Waste Land Commissioner for lease by Public Auction under the said "Auckland Reserves Act, 1858."
