TENDERS will be received at this Office until noon of Wednesday, 28th instant, from persons willing to perform this service from the 1st May to the 31st December proximo.

Particular information may be obtained on application at this Office.

RUSSELL.

Superintendent's Office, Auckland,
April 5, 1858.

TENDERS will be received at this Office until noon of Monday, the 31st May, for the erection of Boundary Fence at the Police Office and Lock-up Buildings, Russell.

Information may be obtained at the Road Surveyor's Office, Auckland, or of the Resident Magistrate, Russell.

IMPOUNDED at the Public Pound, Newmarket,

by James Dilworth, for trespass and damages on his enclosed grass paddock at Onehunga.

One black Colt, star on forehead, hind fetlocks white, no brand.

If not claimed within eleven days after the date of this notice, application will be made to a Justice of the Peace for an order for the sale of the above mentioned Colt, agreeably to the provisions of the Impounding Act, 1856.
