PILOT BOAT.

TENDERS will be received at this Office
until noon of THURSDAY, 30th April,
from persons desirous of contracting for building a PILOT BOAT for the Harbour of Manukau.

Specification may be seen at this office, and any further information will be given by Captain Wing, Harbour Master and Pilot of the Port.

TOTARA PILES.

TENDERS will be received at this Office
until noon of MONDAY, the 13th April next, for the supply and delivery of such quantity of TOTARA PILES as may be required for the construction of Piers in the Auckland and Manukau Harbours.

Particulars as to dimension of Piles, &c., may be obtained on application at this Office.

ROAD REPAIRS.

TENDERS will be received at this office
until noon of Monday, the 6th April next, from persons willing to undertake to keep in repair one or more of the undermentioned divisions of Roads for the six months ending the 30th September, 1857.

ONEHUNGA ROAD.

From the Bridge in Mechanic’s Bay, Auckland, to the Prince Albert Inn, Epsom.

From the Prince Albert Inn, to Beattie’s corner, Onehunga.

From Beattie’s corner, past the New Leith Inn to the Royal George Inn, and from thence the newly formed roads of Princes-street and Queen-street on to Beattie’s corner.

GREAT SOUTH ROAD.

From its junction with the Onehunga road to the Harp Inn at the junction of Panmure Road.

From the Harp Inn to the Commercial Inn, Otahuhu.

From the Commercial Inn, to the termination of the metalled road at Clows.

HOWICK ROAD.

From the Punt to the White Bridge.

The names of two sureties willing to guarantee the due performance of the works will be required to be submitted with each tender.

CARTING.

TENDERS will be received at this office until noon of Saturday next, the 4th April, for whatever carting may be required by the Provincial Government, for the six months ending 30th September next.

WAHU ROAD.

TENDERS will be received at this office until noon of MONDAY next, the 6th April, for Carting Scoria Ash, at per cubic yard, required for the improvement of the above road, from its junction with the Mount Eden Road.

TENDERS will be received at this Office until noon of WEDNESDAY, the 8th April, for Carting such quantity of Scoria Ash, at per cubic yard, as may be required for repairs on the Tamaki Road and Panmure Scoria Road.
