NOTICE is hereby given that the Special Meeting of Magistrates, held this day, at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, at Auckland, for the purpose of forming the “Militia List” for the ensuing year, is adjourned to Tuesday, the 14th day of April next, at 12 o’clock, noon.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By JOHN WILLIAMSON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in me in that behalf by the Regulation issued on the fourteenth day of May, in the year 1856, by his Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, for the disposal of the Waste Lands of the Crown within the Province of Auckland, in the said Colony, I hereby notify for general information, that all those portions of blocks of the said Waste Lands enumerated in the following Schedule, as are not in process of subdivision into lots, or as have not been already sold, settled, or set apart as Town, Suburban, or Rural Lands, or proclaimed as Credit Lands, will be open for sale as Country Lands, at ten shillings an acre, subject to the provisions in that behalf contained in the first mentioned Regulations on and after Monday, the eleventh day of the month of May next.
