WASHING.

Superintendent’s Office, Auckland,
December 7th, 1857.

TENDERS will be received at this Office until noon on Monday, 21st December instant, for the Washing required to be done for the Provincial Hospital and the Lunatic Asylum, during the six calendar months commencing on the 1st January, 1858.

Tenders to be sealed and endorsed “Tender for Washing.”

Information can be obtained from the Provincial Surgeon.

SLAUGHTER HOUSE LICENSIS.

At a meeting of the Bench of Magistrates, held at Howick, on Tuesday the 11th November ultimo, a License for a place for slaughtering cattle was granted to the undermentioned individual.
