Mohau District.
R A U R O A B L O C K.
(Containing about 9000 acres.)
The boundary commences at Rauroa, thence to Parikohatu at the Herangi Mountain, thence inland to the end of the survey line of Mr. Searancke, thence along the course of the Awakino till it reaches Te Ti, thence to Kiwihua, thence on along the said River Awakino as far as Rauroa, there the boundaries meet.

having been laid before the Queen, in conformity with the provisions of the Constitution Act, Her Majesty has been graciously pleased to leave the same to their operation.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to direct and appoint that at the ensuing elections for the Provincial Council of the Province of Auckland, there shall be additional Polling Places at the Resident Magistrate’s Station at Wangarei, and at such convenient place at Kaitaia as shall be specified by the Returning Officer.

Kawhia District.

(Containing about 4000 acres.)
The boundary commences a little above the Waihekura River, thence running to Orore, Pukekohio, Puketarata, Tutonu, Rarauheroa, Ngaiwiturua, Ratapiki, Te Rara, Te Wairoa, Mangapapa, Kotorohanga, Maungakoe, Hurua, thence along the course of the Huarua Stream to the confluence of Mangapapa, thence on along the Mangapapa Stream as far as Mangakakau, thence on through the forest till it strikes the ridge, thence right on to Te Atamarama on the sea coast, thence on along the sea coast till it arrives at a point a little above the Waihekura River, there the boundaries meet.
PROVINCE OF AUCKLAND.
Whangaroa District.
W A H A T A N E B L O C K.
(Containing about 500 acres.)
The boundary commenced at Te Waiwhero-whero, running thence to Mangakino, thence to Hine-te-matea, thence to Waitetuna and Wahatane, thence along the Waitetuna River as far as Te Waiwherowhero, where the boundaries meet.
PROVINCE OF AUCKLAND.
Whangaroa District.
P A R T O F T E M A T A.
(Containing about 630 acres.)
The boundary commences at a point a little below the rapid of Opotoru, which was marked by the Surveyor’s party, thence along the Survey line till it crosses the road to Aotea, thence on to the end of the said survey line and on to Paraoa, thence along the ridge of Paraoa to Pukemore, thence to Te Kauri, thence descending to Opotoru River, thence along the course of Opotoru till it reaches the point below the rapid which was marked by the Surveyor’s party, there the boundaries meet.

FOR the convenience of Immigrants seeking employment a Register will be kept by the Acting Immigration Agent, of the Names and Occupations of such Immigrants as may make application for that purpose.
This Register will be open for the inspection of the public at this office, and persons requiring labourers, domestic servants, or artificers, are invited to communicate with Mr. R. B. Lusk, Acting Immigration Agent.
