NOTICE.
THE following List of Assisted Immigrants, embarked on board the Euphemus on the 8th of October last for Auckland, has been received, and is published for general information.

NOTICE.
A SPECIAL MEETING of the Justices of the Peace, for the City and District of Auckland, will be holden at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, at Auckland, on MONDAY, the 2nd day of February next, at 12 o’clock, noon, for the purpose of forming a Jury List for the ensuing year.
