We, the undersigned, the Auditors appointed by the Committee of the Auckland Harbour Commissioners, in pursuance of the fifty-ninth section of "The Auckland Harbour Act," to audit the accounts of the Treasurer of such Committee, do hereby certify that the said Treasurer laid before us the Book of Accounts of all monies received and paid away by him and by the late Treasurer, Mr. Singleton Rochfort from and on behalf of the said Committee, up to December 31st, 1855, with all vouchers and papers thereunto relating, together with this Abstract of such Accounts, and that we have found the same to be correct.\n
