I HEREBY notify for general information that, pursuant to the power vested in the Superintendent by the “Provincial Government Act,” Session I, No. 7, I have appointed the undermentioned gentleman to be a Member of the Provincial Executive Council,

NOTICE.

In consequence of the 24th clause of the Harbour Regulations having been infringed by parties landing cattle in Judge’s Bay:—Notice is hereby given that all cattle for the future shall be landed at the point inside the Watchman as heretofore.
