THE Offices of the Provincial Government will be closed on Tuesday next, the 29th instant, the anniversary of the foundation of the Colony.

HIS Honour the Superintendent will meet the Provincial Council at the House of Assembly, at 3 o'clock, p.m., on Monday next, the 28th January, for the purpose of opening the fifth Session of the Council.
