PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By His Honor John Logan Campbell,
Esquire, Superintendent of the
Province of Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in me in that behalf by the Regulations issued on the fourteenth day of May, in the present year by His Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, with the advice of the Executive Council thereof, for the disposal of the Waste Lands of the Crown within the Province of Auckland in the said Colony, I hereby notify for general information that so much of the undermentioned Waste Lands as have not been already reserved, sold, or settled, or in respect of which there may be unsettled claims, will be open to sale as Country Lands at ten shillings an acre, on and after Monday, the 13th of October next, that is to say, all lands situated in the Parishes of Paremoremo, Waipareira, and Waikomiti (Titirangi Ranges).

in the said Province, the ninth
day of September, one thousand
eight hundred and fifty-six.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Province of Auckland.

Waste Lands of the Crown, within the Province of Auckland, in the said Colony, I hereby notify for general information, that so much of the undermentioned blocks of the said Waste Lands as have not been already sold or settled, or set apart as Town Lands, will be open for sale as Country Lands, at ten shillings an acre, on and after the twenty-second day of September instant, that is to say, all those blocks of land heretofore declared open for sale or settlement, and situate respectively at Mangawai, in the county of Marsden, Wairon, in the county of Eden.

day of September, one thousand
eight hundred and fifty-six.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in me in that behalf by the Regulations issued on the fourteenth day of May in the present year, by His Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, with the advice of the Executive Council thereof, for the sale, letting, disposal, and occupation of the Waste Lands of the Crown within the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, I do hereby appoint and notify for general information, that the following allotments of the said Waste Lands shall be offered to sale by Public Auction, by the Waste Landsโ€™ Commissioner for the said Province, at the upset prices placed
