UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in me in that behalf, by “The Sheep Act, 1856,” of the Local Legislature of the Province of Auckland, I, John Logan Campbell, Esquire, Superintendent of the said Province, do hereby appoint and constitute all that portion of the said Province which is situate within a radius of thirty miles from the Supreme Court House at Auckland in the said Province to be a district for the purposes of the said Act, under the name of The Auckland Sheep District.
