NOTICE is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Justices of the Peace residing within the following districts, namely:—

The City of Auckland,
The Suburbs of Auckland,
The Pensioner Settlements,
The Northern Division, and
The Southern Division,

will be helden at the Court House, Auckland,
on Thursday, the 26th day of June next, at
Eleven o’clock, a.m., for the purpose of hearing and determining all objections to the List and Roll of claims to the right of voting within the districts aforesaid, and of forming the Roll for the ensuing year of persons qualified to vote under the Provisions of the New Zealand Constitution Act.

NOTICE.

Resident Magistrate’s Court, Onehunga,
21st May, 1856.

NOTICE is hereby given that a half-yearly meeting of the Justices of the Peace for the District of Onehunga, Panmure, and Otahuhu, will be holden at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Onehunga, on Wednesday, the 25th day of June, 1856, at the hour of 11 o’clock, a.m., for the purpose of granting Slaughter-house Licences, in accordance with the provisions of the 6th clause of the Slaughter-house Ordinance, Session 8, No. 5.

Persons desirous of obtaining Licences as aforesaid, must, ten days before such meeting, give to the Clerk of the Bench a notice, in writing, of their intention to apply for such Licence, and must describe in the said notice the house or place intended to be licensed.

Resident Magistrate’s Court, Howick,
28th May, 1856.

NOTICE is hereby given that a half-yearly meeting of the Justices of the Peace for the District of Howick, will be holden at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Howick, on Tuesday, the 17th day of June, 1856, at the hour of 12 o’clock (noon), for the purpose of granting Slaughter-house Licences, in accordance with the provisions of the 6th clause of the Slaughter-house Ordinance, Session 8, No. 5.

Persons desirous of obtaining Licences as aforesaid, must, ten days before such meeting, give to the Clerk of the Bench a notice in writing of their intention to apply for such Licence, and must describe in the said Notice the house or place intended to be licensed.
