NOTICE.

Superintendent’s Office, Auckland,
30th April, 1856.

HEREBY notify that, in accordance with the Provisions of the "City of Auckland Building Act, 1856," I have appointed William Mason, Esq., the President of the Board of Works, to examine and inspect all buildings and chimneys in course of erection within that portion of the City coming under the provisions of the said Act.

at the Public Pound, Hobson’s Bridge, Newmarket, by Mr. Taylor and Oroke, for trespassing in an enclosed garden at Onehunga.

  • 1 Cow branded D M off rump.
  • 1 Strawberry Bull Calf, nobrand, 9 months old.
  • 1 Poley Heifer, no brand, one ear notched, 15 months old.

If not claimed to be sold at the Public Pound at noon, on the 26th instant, agreeable to the provisions of the Impounding Ordinance, Vict. 11, Sec. 8, No. 6.
