NOTICE is hereby given, that this Office will be open daily "in the month of April next," from the hour of 10 o'clock a.m., for the purpose of receiving claims to the right of voting, under the "New Zealand Constitution Act," for the City of Auckland, Suburbs of Auckland, Pensioner’s Settlements, Northern Division, and Southern Division.

LICENSING MEETING.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Annual Licensing Meeting of the Justices of the Peace for the City and Suburbs of Auckland will be holden at the Resident Magistrate’s Court at Auckland on TUESDAY, the twenty-seventh day of April, 1855, at twelve o’clock noon, for the purpose of taking into consideration applications for Licences to sell Spirituous Liquors, Wine, Ale, and Beer.

NOTICE

A SPECIAL MEETING of the Justices of the Peace for the District of Auckland will be holden at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, at Auckland, on FRIDAY, the 30th day of March next, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of forming a Militia List for the year next ensuing.

PUBLIC POUND.

IMPOUNDED, at the Public Pound, Hundred of Auckland, Newmarket, by John Colledge, for trespassing on an enclosed paddock at Onehunga:

One white Bull, branded JM on rump.
One red and white Heifer, branded JP on rump.

Also,
Impounded by John O’Neill, for trespassing on an enclosed paddock at Onehunga:

One black barrow Pig.
One black and white barrow pig.
One black and white Sow.

If not claimed, to be sold at the Public Pound at noon on the 14th day of April next, agreeable to the provisions of the Impounding Ordinance, Victoria 11, section 8, No. 6.
