THE following tenders have been accepted.
For carting scoria ash to Albert-Street,
Coombs and Daldy,
at 6s. 11d. per cube yard.
Daniel Addis,
at 6s. 11d. do.
For carting metal for the Howick road
T. Finch, H. Bryant, R. Andrews,
at 30s. per day.
For forming and metalling Howick road from White’s bridge to the cutting at Heath’s
Searles and Andrews,
at £10 per chain.

IMPOUNDED by H. Mason, for trespassing in an enclosed paddock at Howick,
1 red and white steer, no brand, 2 years old.

1 white bull, with brown ears and eyes, no brand.
If not claimed, to be sold at the Public Pound at noon on the 13th November next agreeable to the provisions of the Impounding Ordinance, Victoria 11, Session 8, No. 6,
