NOTICE.
PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL GROUNDS.
Superintendent’s Office, Auckland,
26th April, 1855.
THE Provincial Surgeon having reported that much injury has been done to the patients in the Hospital and Lunatic Asylum from persons crossing over the grounds around these establishments: The public are requested not to trespass upon or cross over these grounds in future.

Waste Land Board Office,
Auckland, 24th April, 1855.
THE undermentioned Blocks of Land are hereby proclaimed by the Waste Land Board as open to settlement as General Country Land, on and after the 7th day of May, 1855, in accordance with the terms of the existing Land Regulations,

All the Land not reserved, not selected, and not set apart as Special Occupation, Town, Suburban, or Rural Land in the Blocks known as Ruakaka and Mangawai, near Whangarei, estimated to contain 30,500 acres.

All the land not reserved, not selected, and not set apart as Special Occupation, Town, Suburban, or Rural Land in the contiguous Blocks known as Ahuroa, Mahurangi, Kai-para Flats, and Omaha, situated near the Mahurangi river, and estimated to contain 18,710 acres.

All the land not reserved, not selected, and not set apart as Special Occupation, Town, Suburban, or Rural Land, in the Block known as Hikurangi, situated on the West Coast and estimated to contain 37,000 acres.

All the land not reserved, not selected, and not set apart as Special Occupation, Town, Suburban, or Rural Land, in the Blocks known as Pai o te Rangi, Puatahinga, and Taitomo, situated on the West Coast, and estimated to contain 20,000 acres.

All the land not reserved, not selected, and not set apart as Special Occupation, Town, Suburban, or Rural Land in the Blocks known as Wainui and Parakakau, situated between the Orewa and Waiwera-wera rivers, and estimated to contain 10,200 acres.
