NO TENDER having been received for
STATIONERY, as advertised for in
the Provincial Gazette No. 31, dated the
8th ultimo; persons desirous of furnishing
the required supply are informed that tenders
will be received at this Office until noon on
Wednesday, January 17th, 1855.

FIREWOOD.

Superintendent’s Office, Auckland,
3rd January, 1855.

TENDERS will be received at this Office
until noon on Monday, the 22nd instant,
for furnishing the Provincial Government with
150 tons of Firewood, of the usual size, to
be delivered on or before the 20th of March
next, at the Colonial Hospital.

Omaha in the district of Mahurangi;
Richard Benson of Mahurangi in the dis-
triet aforesaid and James Seaton of Auck-
land, deceased intestate.

PURSUANT to the rule of this Honorable
Court the Creditors of the above named
Intestates, are on or before the eighteenth
day of March next, to come in and prove
their debts before Thomas Outhwaite, Esq.,
Registrar of the said Court, at his office in
the Court House, Queen-street Auckland; or
in default thereof they will be peremptorily
excluded from all benefit arising from the
said Estates.
