NOTICE.

WHEREAS a new district, known as Hikurangi, has been recently purchased from the Natives, Notice is hereby given that applications for the same will be received at this Office on and after the 17th day of April, 1854.

All applications received for the same portions of land in this block, made during the usual office hours on that day, will be regarded as simultaneous applications, and dealt with as such.

As the native claims on the Waiora, Te Paru, and Mangamangaroa are now satisfied, applicants for land in those districts are requested to proceed with their surveys without delay.
