NOTICE

The undermentioned allotments of Land will be put up to Auction, at the Court House, Auckland, on FRIDAY, the 24th day of February, 1854, at eleven o’clock.

Ten per cent. of the purchase-money to be deposited at the Sale, and the remainder paid within one month, or the deposit forfeited.
