The sum of twenty thousand pounds
(£20,000) sterling has been invested under the
Warrant of His Excellency the Governor, in
the Public Funds in England, through the
Commissariat Department, by arrangements
made through the Lords Commissioners of
Her Majesty's Treasury.

IMPOUNDED at the Public Pound, Hob-
son's Bridge, Newmarket, Hundred of
Auckland, by Mr. Farmer, for trespassing in
an enclosed Paddock, at Eden Hill Farm,
One Red and White Bull, no brand, aged
two years.
If not claimed to be sold at the Pound, at
noon on the 1st December, 1854, agreeable
to the provisions of the Impounding Ordi-
nance, Vic. 11, Sec. 8, No. 6.
