IN THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM SMALLEY OF AUCKLAND DECEASED INTESTATE.
PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honourable Court the creditors of the above named Intestate are up or before the first day of January next, to come in and prove their debts before Thomas Outhwaite, Esq., Registrar of the said Court, at his office in the Court House, Auckland, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said estate, &c.

NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given that a Store in Shortland-street, the property of Mr. Samuel Brown, and rented by Mr. Jamieson Jarvie, has been approved, under the 34th Section of the Customs Ordinance, 4th Vic., No. 3, for the reception of Goods, under Bond, at this Port.

TWO of the Wardens of the Hundred of Auckland, (Mr. Benjamin Turner, and Mr. John Russell) having sent in their resignations this day,—I call a Meeting of the holders of Depasturing Licences for that Hundred for the purpose of supplying the vacancy, as required by the 28th clause of the Crown Lands Ordinance, No. 1, Sess. 10.
The Meeting to be held at Newmarket, near Hobson’s Bridge, on Saturday, the 18th November, 1854, at 3 p.m.

IN conformity with the provisions of the 36th clause of the Crown Lands Ordinance, No. 1, Sess. 10, I publish the accounts of the Wardens of the Hundred of Auckland up to this day, the date of the resignation of two of them.
