THE attention of Persons, holding depasturing licenses upon Crown Lands outside the boundaries of Proclaimed Hundreds, is called to the 12th clause of the Crown Lands’ Ordinance, (13 Vic., Sess. 1) which requires that returns of all cattle so depastured shall be deposited with the Commissioner of Crown Lands, during the ensuing month, (September) under a penalty for each offence of not less than Twenty Shillings nor more than Twenty Pounds.

Forms of the return required by the Ordinance can be obtained at this office.

SPECIAL MEETING of the Justices of the Peace for the City and District of Auckland, will be held at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Auckland, on Tuesday the 5th day of September next, at Twelve o’clock, noon, for the purpose of receiving applications for the Transfer of Publican’s Licenses.
