NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Justices of the Peace, residing within the following districts, namely “the City of Auckland,” “ the Suburbs of Auckland,” “ the Pensioners Settlements,” “ the Northern Division,” and “the Southern Division,” will be holden at the Police Office, Auckland, on Tuesday the 18th day of July next, at ten o’clock, a. m., for the purpose of hearing and determining all objections to the “List and Roll” of Claims to the right of voting, within the districts aforesaid, and of forming the Roll for the ensuing year, of persons qualified to vote under the provisions of the New Zealand Constitution Act.

NOTICE is hereby given that the List and Roll of Claims to the right of voting under the New-Zealand Constitution Act, are posted for inspection and will remain until the 17th day of July next at the undermentioned places, namely,

The City of Auckland—at the Post Office Auckland.

The Suburbs of Auckland,—at the “Wind sor Castle” Parnell.

The Pensioner Settlements,—in the Pensioner Settlements opposite the “Panmure Inn.”

The Southern Division,—at the “Panmure Inn.”

The Northern Division,—at the “Half Way House,” Epsom.

IMPOUNDED at the Public Pound, Hundred of Auckland, Newmarket, for trespassing on enclosed Paddock at Onehunga :—

Two Black Sows.
One Black and White Barrow Pig.


Impounded at the Public Pound, Hundred of Auckland, Newmarket, for trespassing on enclosed ground at St. John’s College :—

One Red Spotted Heifer in calf.

If not claimed, to be sold at the Public Pound at noon on the 28th July next. agreeable to the provisions of the Impounding Ordinance, Vic. 11, Sec. 8, No. 6.
