NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the Supreme Court, for the despatch of Criminal Business, will be held at the Court House, Auckland, on THURSDAY, the first day of June next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon; and, that a Sitting for the despatch of Civil Business, will be held at the Court House, on WEDNESDAY, the seventh day of June next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at which times and place all persons under recognizance to appear as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses are required to give their attendance.
