NOTICE.
A MEETING of the Harbour Commissioners will be held in the Mechanics’ Institute, at 12 o’clock at noon, on WEDNESDAY the 29th instant, for the purpose of:
Electing a Commissioner to supply a vacancy in the Harbour Committee.

IN accordance with the thirtieth clause of the Crown Lands Ordinance (No. 1, Sess. 10), I publish the following apportionments made by the Wardens of the Hundred of Howick.

SIR,—I have the honour to inform you that the Wardens of the Hundred of Howick have made the following apportionment of Cattle for the present year.
Five Head of Small Cattle allowed in lieu of One Head of Great Cattle.
I beg to add that the Wardens have appointed me their Treasurer.

THE Undersigned duly qualified Burgesses for the City of Auckland having been proposed according to Law to serve as Members of the City Council, Notice is hereby given that the Polling will take place on Wednesday, the 22nd instant, at the Police Office and the Market Place. The Voting to commence at nine o’clock on the morning of the day aforesaid, and to close at four o’clock of the same day. Burgesses are requested to vote at the Polling Place nearest to which they reside.
