NOTICE.
THE undermentioned Allotments of Land will be put up to Auction, at the Court House, Auckland, on FRIDAY, the 18th day of November, 1853, at eleven o’clock.
Ten per cent. of the purchase-money to be deposited at the Sale, and the remainder paid within one month or the deposit forfeited.
