NOTICE is hereby Given to the Voters in the Tutu-
rau Road District, that the nomination of Caudi-
dates for membership in the Tuturau Road Board will
take place in the Court House, Mataura Bridge, on Tues-
day, the 1st of June next, at noon; and in the event of a
poll being then demanded, said poll will be taken on
Thursday, the 10th of June next, between the hours of
10 a.m. and 4 p.m., at the Court House, Mataura Bridge,
and at Tuturau Schoolhouse, these buildings having been
declared polling-places within the Tuturau Road District
by His Honor the Superintendent of the Province.

NOTICE.—A Meeting of Ratepayers entitled to vote
at the ensuing election will be held, to nominate
candidates for election, to represent the Clevedon, Mer-
ton, and Beaconsfield Subdivisions:—
Clevedon Sub-division—at Mr. Brunton's, on Thursday,
10th June, at 12 noon; and in the event of a poll
being demanded it will be held in the above place
on Friday, the 18th June, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

NOTICE.—A Meeting of Ratepayers entitled to vote
at the ensuing elections will be held to nominate
Candidates for election to represent the undermentioned
Subdivisions for the year ending June 1876, as per clause
27, Otago Roads Ordinance 1871.

Ahuriri Subdivision.—At the Post Office, Ahuriri, on
Wednesday, 2nd June, at noon. Alfred Jowitt,

Catlins River Subdivision.—At the house of Captain
Saunders, Owaka Flat, on Friday 4th June, at
noon. Fredrick Bradfield, returning officer.
Port Molyneux Subdivision.—At the Board's office,

NOTICE is hereby Given that the Voters' Roll for
the several Subdivisions of this District can be in-
spected at the office of the Board for one month from
this date.

LINDHURST ROAD DISTRICT.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that the Lindhurst Road
Road Board purpose applying to His Honor the
Superintendent to declare the following road line a main
District Road, that is to say: All that irregular road line
starting from a point on the main Hokonui District Road
6200 links from Trig. OI (a dot within the O), thence in
a northwest direction through block IVA, thence through
the said block and section 3A, thence 3100 links west of
Trig. OG (a dot within the O), thence through part of
section 5, thence along the Hedgehope stream for 11,300
links, and also through sections 6 and 9, thence by an
irregular line along the south-west boundary of section
16, thence in a north boundary of sections 14 and 1,
thence through an unnumbered block to the east boun-
dary of block XVII, thence through block XVII, and
along the south boundary of sections 19 and 27, all the
said blocks and sections being situate in the Waimumu
District, and thence in a south-west direction to the boun-
dary of the said Waimumu Subdivision of the Lindhurst
Road District aforesaid.

A map of the proposed line of road may be seen by all
interested parties at the store of Messrs. M'Gibbon and
Sons, Mataura Bridge.

All parties opposed to the opening of the above line of
road are hereby required to set forth in writing—ad-
dressed to the Clerk of the Board, within forty days from
