A Bye-Law to provide for the licensing of Carriages,
not being hackney carriages, or borough stage carriages.
In pursuance of the powers and provisions contained in
section 186, part 13, of the "Municipal Corpora-
tions Act, 1867," the Council of the Town of In-
vercargill ordains as follows:—
