AMENDED NOTICE. SUPREME COURT.
NOTICE is hereby given, that a sitting of the Supreme Court, for the despatch of Criminal and Civil business, will be held at the Supreme Court House at Dunedin, on Monday the 12th day of April next at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances to appear as prosecutors, plaintiffs, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance.
LOST at Balclutha, on November 10, 1874, by Thomas Kirby—
One grey pony, branded WUC on near shoulder.
Fire Pounds reward on returning to Samuel O'Kane, Otakia.
IMPOUNDED, on the 15th day of March, 1875, by Walter Miller, Roxburgh, Glenore—
1 red cow and heifer calf, branded BD on off rump
1 red and white cow, branded like WB on off rump and anchor on near rump, back half of ear
1 red and white cow and steer calf, branded AA over JR on off rump, like O on rib; calf, slit ear, with brand like JR on off rump
1 red and white cow and bull calf, branded like B4
1 red cow and strawberry calf, branded like SP on off rump
Owners unknown, for trespassing on private property;
and by James Thomson, Roxburgh, Glenore—
1 red bullock, branded like CP on off rump
1 yellow and white bullock, branded like MK on near rump
Owners unknown, for trespassing on private property, in paddock, for which £2 damages and £1 driving expenses is claimed; and in default of being released the above cattle will be sold at the public Pound at Glenore, on Friday, the 2nd April, 1875, at twelve o'clock noon.

Owners unknown, for trespassing on Otakarama Station, for which £3 for driving expenses is claimed; and in default of being released the above horses will be sold at the public Pound at Tapanui, on Friday, the 9th day of April, 1875, at twelve o'clock noon.
