NOTICE is hereby given that block L, Dunedin, will be offered for sale by public auction at the Land Office, Dunedin, on Friday, the 20th December next, at the upset price of £300.
The Block contains one rood and eighteen poles, and is situated on High street, opposite the Railway Terminus.
Terms—10 per cent. deposit on fall of hammer; the balance within a month.

—It is hereby notified to the applicants whose names appear in the subjoined Schedule, that the Waste Land Board has declared them to be the purchasers of the sections set opposite their names in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of these sections must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue, in Dunedin, on or before Tuesday, the 24th day of December 1872, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled, and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.
