One Bay Gelding, white spot on forehead, black points, indistinct brand on near shoulder; owner unknown; for trespassing on Castle street, Dunedin, and in default of being released, the above gelding will be sold at the Public Pound at North Dunedin, on the 21st day of June, 1867, at 12 o’clock noon.

SPECIAL GAZETTE.—There was a Special ‘Gazette,’ No. 483, published on Wednesday, 22nd May current, after the regular ‘Gazette’ was issued.
TO THE TRUSTEES OF THE SAVING’S BANK at Dunedin, New Zealand.—I, William Tregeagle, of St. Mawes, in the county of Cornwall, England, hereby give you notice that I claim the amount of Twenty Pounds, or thereabouts, with interest accruing thereon to date, of payment lodged in his own behalf in your Bank by Samuel Tregeagle, late of Dunedin, fisherman, but now deceased, on the ground of my being the father of the said deceased Samuel Tregeagle, and therefore his next of kin.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.—Notice is hereby given that the partnership between the undersigned William Warren and Richard Willis in the trade and business of printers and newspaper proprietors at Queenstown, in the Province of Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand, under the firm of Warren and Willis, was this day dissolved by mutual consent, and in future the business will be carried on by the said William Warren on his separate account, and who will pay and receive all debts owing by and to the said partnership in the regular course of trade: As witness our hands this 2nd day of May, 1867.
