I HEREBY NOTIFY, for the information of all persons concerned, that, in conformity with the provisions of the Crown Lands Ordinance (No. 1, Sess. 10), I have convened Meetings of the Holders of Depasturing Licenses, in the several undermentioned Hundreds, and that the persons whose names are subjoined have been duly elected by such Holders to be Wardens, under the said Ordinance, for the current year, as follows:
For the Hundred of Auckland—
Henry Matson, Edward Mayne, and Joseph May.
For the Hundred of Onehunga—
James Carlton Hill, William Powditch, and Thomas Somerville.
For the Hundred of Panmure—
Joseph Brennan, Charles Durbridge, and William Williams.
For the Hundred of Howick—
Alexander Macdonald, Bryan O’Hara, and Peter Searls.
For the Hundred of Otahuhu—
William Gordon, J. A. Hickson, and John M’Anulty.
For the Hundred of Pupuke—
Thomas Duder, P. Mellivin, and Thomas Poynton.

SUPREME COURT.
NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Criminal Business will be held at the Court House, Auckland, on SATURDAY, the First day of March next, at Ten o’clock in the Forenoon; and that a Sitting for the despatch of Civil Business will be held at the Court House, on FRIDAY, the Seventh day of March next, at Ten o’clock in the Forenoon, at which times and place all persons under recognizance to appear as Prosecutors, Defendants, or Witnesses, are required to give their attendance.

TRANSFER OF PUBLICANS’ LICENSES.
NOTICE is hereby given, that a Special Meeting of the Justices of the Peace for the Town and District of Auckland, will be held at the Resident Magistrate’s Court at Auckland, on TUESDAY, the Fourth day of March next, at Eleven o’clock in the Forenoon, for the purpose of receiving applications for the Transfer of Publicans’ Licenses.
