Auckland, Feb. 12th, 1850.

HIS Excellency the Governor directs it to be notified, that an Occupation License for the undermentioned person has been approved, and is now ready for issue, at the office of the Colonial Treasurer, upon payment of the fee of Five Pounds sterling, (Β£5) chargeable thereon.

It is further noticed that unless the License be taken out before the 27th instant, all right in respect of it will be forfeited.

THE following persons having applied for Depasturing Licenses for Defined Runs, the description of the Runs claimed now lie at this Office for the inspection of any persons concerned :-

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

In the Estate of Joseph Powter, deceased, Intestate.

PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the above-named deceased are, on or before the Sixth day of May next, to come in and prove their debts before Thomas Outhwaite, Esquire, Registrar of the said Court, at his Office in the Court House, Queen-street, Auckland, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said Estate.

NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Justices of the Peace for the Town and District of Howick, will be helden in this Court on Tuesday, the 5th day of March next, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of receiving applications for the transfer of Publicans Licenses.
