HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-IN-CHIEF has been pleased to appoint the undermentioned Clergymen to be Deputy-Registrars of Births, Deaths, and Marriages, for the several districts set opposite their respective names, under the provisions of the Registration Ordinance, Session 8, No. 9.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a Sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Criminal Business will be held at the Court House, Wellington, on Monday, the second day of June next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at which place and time all persons under recognizances to appear, either as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses, are hereby required to give their attendance.
