IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, CENTRAL WESTLAND DISTRICT.

DAWSON, Execution Creditor, v. PITT, Execution Debtor. Judgment 23rd day of June, 1876.

NOTICE is hereby given, that it is my intention to cause all that parcel of land in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand, situate and fronting on Ross Town, Reefton, being Sections 539 and 540 on the map of the Chief Surveyor of the Province of Nelson, setting out and describing the town of Reefton aforesaid, bounded on the east by the western boundary of Section 538, on the south by the northern boundary of Sections 806 and 807, on the west by the eastern boundary of Section 541, and on the north by Ross Town or South Strand, to be sold after the expiration of three calendar months from this date, unless the above judgment debt be sooner paid; And the value of the estate or interest of the execution debtor in such lands intended to be sold is freehold: And further, that such lands on the estate or interest of the said execution debtor therein have been taken in execution at the suit of the said execution creditor.

The time and place fixed for such intended sale is the 11th day of November, 1876, at twelve o'clock noon, at Reefton, in the Province of Nelson, and EDWARD SHAW is the name of the Sheriff under whose authority such sale is advertised, and the name and address of the Solicitor for the execution creditor is WILLIAM SYDNEY STAITE, of Bridge-street, Reefton aforesaid. Dated this 27th day of July, 1876.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Waste Lands Board have consented to grant Mineral Leases of the blocks of land hereinafter described, viz :—

DISTRICT OF PARA PARA, GOLDEN BAY.

  1. A block of land containing 80 acres, commencing at a point 25 chains south by west of the south-western corner of W. E. Washbourne's mineral leasehold, and running south by west 25 chains; thence east by south 32 chains; thence north by west 25 chains; and thence west by north 32 chains back to starting point. Applied for by Francis Wemyss Irvine.

  2. A block of land 160 acres, commencing at a point 4000 links from the north-east corner of Washbourne's mineral leasehold; thence running easterly 2000 links; thence running southerly 6000 links in a parallel line with Washbourne's south-eastern boundary; thence westerly 4000 links in a line parallel with his southern boundary; thence by a line 2000 links to the centre of his southern boundary. Applied for by Charles Manton.
